I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The Japanese staff were genuinely attentive, even guiding me to the bus stop to make sure I didn't get lost. The food was fantastic, and the accommodations were top-notch. However, I did find some inconsistency with the foreign staff's service, which could use improvement. Overall, I would absolutely return for another stay!

I had an amazing time at the hotel, particularly due to the outstanding customer service and the delicious breakfast. Sharon and I ijima went above and beyond when my car tyre was punctured, helping me communicate with the car rental and even writing a note in Japanese for me. The location is quite accessible, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. However, I did have some experiences with the foreign staff that left me feeling a bit confused at times, but overall, I'd definitely come back for the lovely service and hearty food.
